Supported by the 20 years of professional experience of its principal, Courtney Krupinsky, Westmore assists clients with property due diligence planning and execution; lease abstracting and lease administration management; closing coordination; and corporate entity and contract tracking services.

Among other skills, Courtney’s proficiencies include extensive experience analyzing and resolving complicated real estate title issues; drafting leases and ancillary lease documents, including accurate and succinct lease abstracts; administration of leases, including retail leases for projects under development; and identifying and directing the procurement, completion and review of due diligence tasks and deliveries for all types of transactions.

A hallmark of Courtney’s reputation is the ability to analyze the overall details of a transaction and efficiently outline the most effective means to accomplish assigned tasks. Her work history includes the due diligence and closing of single asset and multi-property commercial transactions for numerous asset classes, including office complexes, retail shopping centers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and industrial facilities and parks ranging in value from $1,000,000 - $230,000,000. In addition to her work with multiple types of properties throughout the country, Courtney’s work has exposed her to various deal structures ranging from simple acquisitions, dispositions and financings to sophisticated sale/leaseback, ground lease, and public and private bond financing transactions.

Prior to founding Westmore, Courtney worked as a retail lease administrator and paralegal for a Needham, MA-based shopping center developer and operator.  Previously, Courtney worked for 15 years as a Commercial Real Estate Legal Specialist at Mintz Levin, one of Boston's largest law firms.
